COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

About the role

This position partners with parents to lead children as they grow in relationship with Jesus through faith and worship. Responsibilities include the development and leadership for ministry to nursery and preschool-aged children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead faith-based programs for nursery and preschool-aged children
• Collaborate with parents to support spiritual growth of children and families
• Oversee curriculum and activities that align with Christian values
• Engage in regular communication with parents to understand and address their needs
• Support the overall mission and vision of Christ Church

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with children in a faith-based setting
• Experience in leading and developing faith-based programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people

Qualifications

• Passion for early childhood education and faith-based ministry
• Effective teaching and mentoring abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
