Position Summary Harvest Advertising Inc is looking for a Communications Assistant to support customer outreach, communication projects, and promotional initiatives. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in communications, marketing, customer engagement, and business operations. Responsibilities Assist with customer and community outreach initiatives.Prepare communication materials, presentations, and reports.Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities.Assist with coordinating communication projects and schedules.Help ensure professional and consistent messaging.Collaborate with team members on outreach initiatives.Perform general administrative duties related to communications. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.Associate's or bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.Attention to detail and proofreading skills.Basic computer proficiency.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or administrative experience is beneficial but not required.
