About the ECAP Program

The Early College Admissions Program (ECAP) is a Baltimore County Public School (BCPS) magnet program that provides students with a college preparatory program combining high school and college education in a supportive yet rigorous environment. Students can earn a high school diploma and an Associate of Arts in General Studies degree or up to 60 credits towards a Bachelor’s degree, which may be eligible for reciprocal credit at a four-year college or university. Classes are offered at both high school and community college campuses.
