Communication Strategist

Job Description

The Communication Strategist is a contractor position that serves as a key operational partner to our diverse group of clients and client representatives to support the development and execution of wellness communication efforts. This role focuses on planning, coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years work experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in advertising, marketing or health communications field (corporate or agency).
• Ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple client stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Able to use internal work tracking tools for reviewing, prioritizing and completing work requests with high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment, including interfacing with remote resources.
• Professional presence to interact with senior-level customer contacts over the phone and in person.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• National account experience preferred.
• Experience in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience working with Project Management software preferred.
• Note - Please prioritize candidates with corporate and global wellness experience in a marketing agency environment.
• Bachelor degree, or equivalent related work experience.
