Communication Specialist - Hybrid

About the role

The Communication Specialist supports organization-wide programs and initiatives. They play a key role on the Communications team, overseeing weekly communications for leaders and caregivers, developing quarterly newsletters for rural caregivers, and providing communications support for external outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Supports organization-wide programs and initiatives.
• Oversight of weekly communications for leaders and caregivers.
• Development of quarterly newsletters for rural caregivers.
• Communications support for external outreach efforts, including quarterly patient and business development newsletters.
• Helps strengthen engagement and ensure clear, consistent messaging across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years demonstrated experience in supporting broad-based and successful communication teams and programs.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
