Communication Center Specialist
Description
The Communication Center Specialist will be responsible for answering and routing all incoming queue calls. We are looking for talented individuals to assist us in providing a 5-star customer experience for our patients on behalf of our affiliated pediatric dental and orthodontic practices.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route all incoming queue calls
- Schedule patients for dental and orthodontic appointments
- Provide a high level of customer service to all callers
- Care for and be an advocate for our patients
- Address caller's needs in an efficient and timely manner
- Aid in various administrative functions as needed
Requirements
- High school graduate (or GED)
- Experience working in a busy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent thinker
- Proficient in spelling and typing
- Ability to be a team player
- Must be reliable
Skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) - The ability to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish and English
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology
- Previous dental experience
