Communication Associate

About the role

This entry-level role focuses on memorable, high-touch guest interactions across hotels, resorts, attractions, venues, or entertainment properties. It is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers; it is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Create warm, personalized face-to-face guest interactions
• Answer questions and help guests navigate the experience
• Recognize service opportunities and assist with issue resolution
• Gather feedback and communicate recurring needs to the team

Qualifications

A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
