Commodity Performance Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain delivery schedules in partnership with suppliers.
• Communicate supplier challenges and action items to relevant stakeholders.
• Drive resolution of actions owned by the company and suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with supplier counterparts to enhance performance.
• Discuss technical and resource challenges based on manufacturing experience.
• Travel domestically 25-50% for supplier engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in relevant fields, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility for export authorizations required.
• Experience in supplier performance improvement and development.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills related to supplier oversight.
• Proven ability to influence across a matrix organization and lead executive-level briefings.
