Responsibilities

• Work with experienced analysts to better understand commodity markets and their interaction with macroeconomic trends and data
• Work on assigned projects that can include price or volume forecasting, or basic statistical analysis
• Participate in group meetings as assigned
• Gain exposure to the scrap and steel commodities markets, macroeconomic trends and data, and learn to utilize analytical tools to forecast specific market scenarios
• Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times

Requirements

Undergraduate student majoring in economics, statistics, or business analytics.
