Commodity Manager - Electronic Components

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies to improve flexibility and profitability
• Select, manage, and develop key electronic component suppliers; strengthen supply chain performance and reduce risk
• Partner with engineering and business teams to align sourcing strategies with product development needs
• Drive cost reduction and capacity strategies through value analysis and inventory optimization
• Build and maintain senior-level supplier relationships
• Track supplier performance and ensure service level expectations are met
• Address supply chain challenges including logistics, material availability, and supplier capability
• Support sourcing for new products and emerging technologies
• Collaborate on demand forecasting and supplier alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in electronic components, including 3+ years in commodity management
• Ability to travel ~20%
