The Supply Chain & Operations Commodity Associate Program offers leadership development while gaining depth and knowledge into Commodity Markets & Trading. Gain invaluable experience by participating in our 12 to 18-month development program within our Feed Sourcing Team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation date of winter 2026 or spring 2027
- Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs
- Successfully completed the Land O'Lakes Summer Internship Program
