Primary Responsibilities
- Update and install software and settings onto control equipment and switches.
- Test for communication and network connectivity.
- Clear faults/alarms, and diagnose with vendors on troubleshooting steps.
- Use software User Interface to charge and discharge batteries.
- Understand and use the LOTO procedures provided.
Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic Computer skills.
- Knows how to ping a device and use command prompt.
- Certified in electrical NFPA 70E.
- Has OSHA10 certification.
- Basic understanding of networking and Modbus/dnp3 troubleshooting.
- Familiarity using Procore for documentation and tracking status.
Education and Experience
- Minimum educational qualification: Associate degree.
- Experience having worked on battery projects or solar projects.
Travel
Work will be 10 hour days 5-6 days a week with a 2 weeks on, and 1 week off rotation cycle.
