Commissioning Provider III
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Commissioning Provider III to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will oversee multiple commissioning projects from initiation through completion, ensuring systems and building elements perform as intended in support of high-quality project delivery. The position requires strong coordination across clients, contractors, and internal team members to keep work moving efficiently and to resolve issues proactively. The ideal candidate will bring deep commissioning expertise, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to maintain quality standards across complex construction environments.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple commissioning projects from initiation to completion
- Conduct functional performance testing and review performance checklists
- Interact with clients and contractors to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Coordinate commissioning activities and foster team collaboration
- Develop commissioning plans and ensure compliance with quality standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant commissioning or building construction experience
- Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, or ASHRAE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning software, such as CxAlloy
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

Pay
$116,860 – $155,995 annually
