We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies. Second Order Controls - a division of ARCO/Murray National Construction - is seeking a highly motivated Cx Project Manager to join our Commissioning team based in Chicago, IL.

- Typical base compensation for the Project Manager role is between $84,000.00 and $160,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range.
- In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.
Necessary qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (with a focus in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Mission Critical, Power Infrastructure, or Water Treatment preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with different types of individuals
- Strong understanding of engineering principles (HVAC, thermodynamics, heat transfer, process engineering)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to successfully work on own
- Comfortable with spending time on construction jobsite - approximately 50%
- Familiar with construction practices and principles
- Certification in building commissioning (QCxP, CCP, CxA or similar) is preferred but not required
