Commissioning Lead
or drop it. So we can include location maybe in a short paragraph. The requisition ID and job category can be dropped or placed in a short p. Probably drop them. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include company intro, mission, etc. Also the description of CORE, Commissioning Lead role, duties, responsibilities list, qualifications list, benefits (Why join us? What we offer you?), and maybe note about diversity and EEO? EEO boilerplate should be removed. The statement "Don't meet every single requirement? You don't need to..." is substantive about encouraging applications; we should keep that. Also "Hatch is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." is boilerplate EEO; remove. Also accommodation request line maybe also boilerplate? It's part of EEO; likely remove. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So remove that. Thus we produce sections: -
About the role
maybe containing paragraphs about company mission and role overview. -Responsibilities
with- list of duties.
-
Qualifications
with- list of qualifications.
-
Benefits
with- list of benefits (flexible work environment, long term career development, think globally work locally, work with great people, collaborate on exciting projects, top employer). Also maybe "Why join us?" and "What we offer you?" combined. We need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. All sections have real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Commissioning Lead (implied). Not to repeat. We must not include Pay or Schedule sections because not specified. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's extract substantive content. Intro: "Join a company that is passionately committed to the pursuit of a better world through positive change. With more than 70 years of business and technical expertise in mining , energy , and infrastructure , our 10,000 colleagues in 150 countries tirelessly work toward bettering the industries in which we operate. With practical solutions that are safe, innovative and sustainable, we think globally while acting locally. Are you looking for an opportunity to join a diverse group of professionals who are committed to remaining exceptional? We look forward to hearing from you." Then description of CORE: "CORE brings together the necessary elements of a project to achieve nameplate value and deliver peak asset performance. We take a staged approach to verifying technical readiness and ensuring organizational preparedness, right up to achieving full operational capacity. The Commissioning Lead supervises all activities required to bring equipment and systems from the Pre-Commissioning phase through Commissioning and into stable Operations, safely and as quickly as possible, in accordance with Project HSSE and business objectives. The Commissioning Lead will be assigned responsibility for completion of commissioning in their assigned area(s). Their duties will include planning and coordination of commissioning activities daily, insuring conformance to safety standards, reporting, scheduling, vendor interface and direct supervision of commissioning personnel." Then "Key Responsibilities" bullet list (the long list). We'll capture each bullet as
- .
Then "Qualifications And Experience" list.
Then "Why join us?" bullet-ish: "Work with great people to make a difference", "Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions", "Top employer". Then "What we offer you?" bullet-ish: "Flexible work environment", "Long term career development", "Think globally, work locally". Also the encouragement statement: "Don't meet every single requirement? You don't need to. At Hatch, we are building a diverse, inclusive workplace that fosters innovation. If you're interested in this role, we encourage you to apply even if your past experiences don't perfectly align with the skills we've listed. We're committed to fostering a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities in which we operate and serve." This is also substantive; could be part of Benefits or a separate section like "Encouragement". But we can incorporate into Benefits or a separate "About the company" maybe. Since we already have About the role covering company mission, we could add a paragraph about encouragement and diversity. Probably better to add a
after Benefits or within Benefits? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have Benefits section include those points plus the encouragement statement as a paragraph. Thus Benefits section:
- Work with great people to make a difference
- Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions
- Top employer
- Flexible work environment
- Long term career development
- Think globally, work locally
with the encouragement statement. We need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO. Remove lines about accommodation etc. Now produce HTML. We'll start with maybe a
for location? Could include location in a short paragraph: "Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States". But the instruction says fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. We can include location in a
maybe after About the role? But we already have About the role includes company description; location could be separate. However location is minor metadata; we can include a short
at top:
Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States
. Or we could drop it. I'd include it as a short p. Also Job Category: Commissioning; Requisition ID: 101351. Could drop them. Thus final HTML:Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States
