What will you do?
- Oversee quality assurance and process control across manufacturing operations to safeguard product integrity
- Lead and mentor team members on quality standards while resolving escalated issues independently
- Implement continuous improvement projects that strengthen process robustness and minimize quality risks
- Partner with procurement and suppliers to address manufacturing challenges and drive corrective actions
