Responsibilities

  • Provide Commissioning (Cx) and Existing Building Commissioning (EBCx) services through all phases: design, construction, post-occupancy, planning, investigation, implementation, turnover, and persistence.
  • Manage projects to completion, ensuring they are on-time, within budget, and within scope of work. Independently produce reports, summaries, and briefings.
  • Effectively lead communications within a project team and successfully manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read and understand technical materials (e.g., drawings, specifications).
  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, planning, organizing, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), facilitation, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the New England area.
  • EIT or PE preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English for job-related communications and instructions.

Pay

$100,000 to $125,000 per year (depending on qualifications).
