We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Overview, Essential Duties And Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities, Qualifications, Physical Demands, Work Environment. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Skills (knowledge, skills and abilities), Benefits (none), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Also maybe "Qualifications" heading. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to extract content. Let's parse: Overview: "Must have experience integrating T-Mobile Nokia equipment On site Lead Technician for full integration and directs activities of site engaged in commissioning and integration projects of telecommunications sites. Accountable for all assigned activities concerned with Job Work Orders and related services. Implements quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of services, consistent with established standards. All of this is accomplished by performing the following duties personally or through teaming with other employees." That's about the role. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: long list. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: list. Qualifications: "3-7 years' experience and In-depth knowledge of Cell Site Commissioning and integration. Strong working knowledge of RF wireless technologies and products. Proficient with Microsoft Office, MS Windows products and databases. Working knowledge of vendor EMS. Experience integrating and troubleshoot all components of Wireless and Fixed network. OSHA 10 certified preferred First Aid and CPR certified preferred" Physical Demands: details. Work Environment: details. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Skills (knowledge, skills and abilities). Possibly also Physical Demands and Work Environment could be under Requirements? But headings limited to given list. Could we add extra headings? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we could use others? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. We should stick to those. So we need to map content to those headings. We have overview -> About the role. Essential duties -> Responsibilities. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities -> Skills. Qualifications -> Qualifications (maybe also Requirements? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. The posting has a "Qualifications" section. So we can use Qualifications heading for that. Requirements could be used for something else like "Physical Demands" or "Work Environment"? But those are not exactly requirements. However we could put Physical Demands under Requirements? Might be okay but better to follow the given headings: we have About the role, Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications. No Benefits, Pay, Schedule as they are not present. So we output those four sections. We must not include empty sections. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Need to convert lists to
  • . For prose, use

. We need to avoid repeating job title. No mention of job title. We need to strip boilerplate like "Other Duties This job description is not designed to cover..." That's part of Essential Duties? Actually it's after Essential Duties. It says "Other Duties This job description is not designed to cover..." That's boilerplate; we should remove it. Also "Other closely related work may include physical tasks and menial tasks such as; timesheet and other recordkeeping, completing Job Safety Analysis, adjusting equipment and tools, complying data to create documents or reports and presentations." That's part of Essential Duties? It's under Essential Duties And Responsibilities after the list. It's still substantive? It's describing other duties; we should keep it as it's part of responsibilities. However the line "Other Duties This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice." That's boilerplate; remove. Also "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities" section includes many items; we keep. Qualifications section: keep. We need to format. Let's draft:

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info from Overview: we captured. Check for any other sections like "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment". Not included as headings; but we could incorporate them under Qualifications or Skills? But they are not exactly qualifications or skills. However the instruction says to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could omit Physical Demands and Work Environment if they are not covered by allowed headings. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit them, we lose info. However we could embed them under Qualifications or Skills as list items? Might be acceptable but could be considered misrepresenting. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to include that info somewhere. Since we cannot create new headings beyond the allowed list, we could add them under existing headings as appropriate: Physical Demands could go under Qualifications (as they are requirements). Work Environment could also go under Qualifications or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably Qualifications is suitable for requirements like physical demands and work environment. We'll add sub-items under Qualifications. Thus Qualifications list will include the earlier items plus physical demands and work environment details. Let's extract Physical Demands: "While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is required to walk much of the time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus." Work Environment: "While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts; in high, precarious places; and in outside weather conditions
