About the role
The role involves commissioning and testing of mechanical and electrical systems in buildings to ensure they meet design specifications and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and testing of HVAC systems
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Perform system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Document findings and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commissioning and testing of mechanical systems
- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Experience with commissioning and testing protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
