Commissioned Driver Helper

About the Role

Assist with the delivery of up to 1,400 cases by hand daily, working alongside Commissioned Drivers. This role is designed to help you start and build a career, with a clear path to becoming a Route Driver and earning your CDL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of products to customers by hand.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position — no experience required.
• Previous experience in any of the following is a plus:
  • Warehouse worker/associate
  • Delivery driver
  • Package handler
  • Order selector
  • Manufacturing/factory work
  • Construction
  • General labor
  • Landscaping
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Material handler
  • Any job involving hands-on work
• Must have the desire to become a Route Driver.
• Must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, with dispatch times between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM to finish routes. Home every night and weekends.

Pay

Average salary of $700–$840 per week. Up to $1,500 driver referral bonus (offered once employed).
