About the role

Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is the tenth‑largest food service distributor in the nation. Operating in a high‑intensity, high‑transaction logistics environment, the company supplies 14,000 items to food‑away‑from‑home customers in Texas and New Mexico from five distribution centers. The Driver Helper position supports Delivery Drivers by unloading 900‑1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops on local routes, allowing you to be home with your family every night and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Delivery Drivers in unloading 900‑1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops.
• Operate on local routes that return home each night and on weekends.
• Follow dispatch schedules that run between 2:00 am and 5:00 am, Monday – Friday.

Requirements

• Desire to become a Route Driver.
• Valid Texas Class C driver’s license.
• Proof of employment eligibility in the United States.
• Pass pre‑employment background check, drug test, and physical examination.

Schedule
