Commissioned Driver Helper

About the role

The Driver Helper assists Delivery Drivers in unloading 900-1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops. Routes are local and the schedule is Monday – Friday, with dispatch times between 2:00 am and 5:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Assist Delivery Drivers in unloading 900-1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops.
• Work local routes, ensuring deliveries are made on time and accurately.
• Unload 900-1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops.

Requirements

• Must have a desire to become a Route Driver.
• Must be able to provide a valid Texas Class C driver’s license and proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Skills

• Ability to lift and carry heavy cases.
• Attention to detail for accurate case counting and placement.
