Commission Specialist

About the role

This position is responsible for researching complex producer/ga/marketing inquiries, to include understanding group or direct markets commission programs and processing rules. Process monthly exception reports and process producer/ga bonus payments.

Responsibilities

• Understand group or direct markets commission programs and processing rules
• Process monthly exception reports
• Process producer/ga bonus payments

Requirements

• College degree in Business or 4 years business experience
• 3 years commission, finance or payroll experience
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Customer service skills

Preferred Job Requirements

• Experience/knowledge of TrueComp incentive systems
• Knowledge of HCSC marketing and commission programs
