About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Commis de Bar (m/f/d) at our renowned luxury resort. This position is available immediately or by arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in daily bar operations
• Friendly and professional guest service at the bar
• Preparation and serving of drinks and small bar specialties
• Ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards

Requirements

• Excellent German and Italian language skills; English is a plus
• Passion for excellent service and genuine hospitality
• Team spirit, reliability, and commitment
• Excellent manners and impeccable appearance
• Ideally, initial professional experience in upscale hospitality

Pay

The monthly salary (seasonal/full-time) ranges between €1,772.88 and €1,886.21 gross. Placement within this salary range is based on training, professional experience, and expertise according to the collective agreement for the hospitality industry (negotiable).
