Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of ingredients
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in food preparation for large-scale banquet events
- Maintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderly manner at all times
- Cook and assemble dishes under the supervision of senior chefs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience
- Experience in luxury international brands, highly regarded
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
- A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
