Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on commercial properties
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform light carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical and building system issues
- Maintain property grounds as needed
- Cook up with outside vendors and contractors when required
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in on call rotation as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial maintenance experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and building plans
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various environments
- Valid driver’s license
