Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial CSR to provide exceptional service to clients and ensure smooth operations within the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Utilize software tools such as Epic and Pipe Drive to track and manage client interactions and account details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Licensure/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry. Familiarity with managing commercial accounts is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic and Pipe Drive software is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $54,000 - $62,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
