Heym Groep consists of Heym Renovatie and Heym Verduurzaming. We are a successful and innovative company specializing in sustainability and renovation, based in Amsterdam. Our focus is on both private clients and housing associations (VvE), with expertise in painting and maintenance for a wide range of buildings, including historic and monumental properties. We operate our own workshop for custom components like window frames. With an enthusiastic and professional team, we manage around 15 ongoing projects daily and approximately 200 projects annually. About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Technical Advisor to create winning quotes and effectively set up projects for our internal organization. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the order portfolio, planning, and smooth project handovers. You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and serve as a central figure in the company, collaborating with the director, project leaders, workshop, and office manager to plan and execute projects flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Assess quote requests for maintenance work
• Estimate on-site work based on hourly calculations
• Manage the preparation and follow-up of quotes, ensuring customers are contacted
• Maintain a well-filled order portfolio
• Build a network of major clients and/or bring an existing network
• Ensure internal planning of work and clear communication of project details
• Proactively contribute to improving internal (digital) processes
• Collaborate on expanding the customer base (no cold acquisition required)

Requirements

• HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and working
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial technical role (inside or outside sales) with experience or affinity for painting, maintenance, construction, or technical work
• Experience with planning and monitoring internal progress
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
