About the role

We are a growing full-service law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area. We are currently searching for a Commercial Transactions Associate Attorney to join our team with a proven background in M&A and Commercial Transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the NY Bar and licensed to practice.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, or a related practice area.
