Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial tire market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Provide expert advice on commercial tire products, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred).
- Two – three (2-3) years of proven experience as a Commercial Tire Salesperson (Required).
- In-depth knowledge of commercial tire products and the tire market in California.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR record. Driver's license must be current in the state in which the employee performs his or her driving duties.
- Must maintain a clean driving record, i.e., must remain insurable under our company's liability insurance policy.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Potential for high performance with uncapped commission opportunities.
Compensation
- Competitive commission-based pay structure, with potential earnings ranging from $75,000 to $150,000+ annually, depending on performance.
