Responsibilities

• Direct access to decision-makers and influence over strategy
• Shape the future direction of the practice
• Leverage existing client relationships and a strong referral network
• Build, mentor, and develop the next generation of leaders
• Focus on middle-market businesses rather than public-company compliance work

Requirements

• Current Tax Partner, Managing Director, or Senior Tax Director ready for a Partner seat
• Experience serving middle-market clients in sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, professional services, real estate, construction, or similar
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and drive growth
• Strong technical foundation across corporate, partnership, and pass-through taxation
