Commercial Systems & Operations College Co-op

Essential Functions

• Support day-to-day commercial operations activities under guidance from the Solar Business & Market Development Analyst
• Aid in maintaining project and training materials, templates, and user guidance
• Help gather user feedback related to system or related initiatives
• Assist with learning foundational CRM configuration concepts (forms, views, dashboards, fields)
• Support system design tasks and resolving system issues under guidance
• Aid in testing and validation of system changes prior to release
• Gain exposure to how system development and design align with business processes and sales operations goals
• Coordinate tasks related to CRM-related initiatives and follow-ups
• Provide project team support for internal initiatives
• Participate in cross-functional meetings or working groups, as needed
• Aid in the preparation of reports, presentations, or summaries
• Support UFLPA-related activities and provide backup coverage to ensure continuity of trade compliance and traceability operations

Education Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Business Analytics, operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum cumulative 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Must be within driving distance to the site and have reliable transportation

Required Work Experience

• Experience working with data, spreadsheets, or structured information (academic or professional)
• Comfortable working in a professional, process-driven environment and following defined standards and instructions
• Experience working with customer relations or sales
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML is preferred

Preferred Prior Experience

• Internship, co-op, part-time role, academic project, or campus leadership experience involving business operations, systems, or process support
