About the role
Noom Health's B2B Operations team is the connective tissue between our Employer Sales, Health Plan Sales, Partnerships, and Client Success functions. We're an agile group of operators who partner across the business to unblock growth, scale best practices, and keep the engine running smoothly — and we do it while rolling up our sleeves, supporting one another, and celebrating wins big and small.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce administration: day-to-day administration, user management, profiles and permissions, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, price books/pricing rules/products, and support tickets
- Maintain data integrity, field hygiene, and pipeline accuracy across objects
- Support commission reporting, deal operations workflows, and custom object configurations
- Troubleshoot issues promptly and communicate status clearly
- Integration Ownership: Own and manage integrations between Salesforce and connected commercial tools (ZoomInfo, Ironclad, Slack, Workato, Gong Engage, AutoRFP, DocuSign, and others), serving as the internal point of contact for technical questions
- Support in evaluating new tools against the existing stack for overlap, compatibility, and ROI, in partnership with Commercial Operations and Enablement
- Document integration logic, data flows, and system dependencies, keeping the stack well-documented and auditable as it evolves
- AI Operations: Partner with engineering on rolling out AI automations across the revenue tech stack, and help define the framework for what AI agents can safely touch in Salesforce
- Revenue Systems Foundation: Support the revenue systems roadmap and help maintain a scalable architecture connecting tools, data, and workflows across Sales, Operations, Finance, and CS
- Stakeholder & Project Management: Serve as a systems point of contact for Sales leadership, Strategy and Ops, CS, Finance, and Legal. Translate stakeholder needs into clear system requirements without over-scoping or under-delivering. Run discovery conversations with key stakeholders to surface the real ask beneath the surface request. Manage your own project queue: scope, prioritize, communicate timelines, execute, and proactively flag gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become problems. Partner with Enablement to train teams on what's relevant to their work
