Commercial Systems Inspector/Bank Equipment T

About the Role

You will perform scheduled inspections, surveys, and related project work. You must prioritize your workload, comply with processes and quality checklists, and accurately report service data. As the primary customer contact, you will foster good working relationships and manage paperwork and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect Fire Alarm Systems
• Test and inspect Burglar Alarm Systems in banking centers and remote ATMs
• Complete project work related to Burglar and Fire Alarm systems
• Schedule assigned work and complete jobs and paperwork correctly and in a timely manner
• Clean and detail exterior of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), update signage/decals, inspect electrical, perform minor refurbishments, and change light bulbs
• Clean stainless-steel surfaces inside bank vaults
• Perform preventative maintenance on money counting machines (Glory Machines)
• Complete detailed alarm surveys and ADA compliance inspections
• Report defective material or inaccuracies
• Organize and manage paperwork and inventory
• Take meticulous photographs of required devices, forms, and areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Smart-phone familiarity and technologically savvy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google Maps
• Mechanical/technological/electrical aptitude
• Ability to interpret written instructions and documents
• Ability to learn through telephone training
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a criminal record search meeting customer requirements
• Ability to maintain a reliable vehicle and appropriate liability insurance as per Cennox policy
• Subject to pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident drug and alcohol testing
• Driving record must be in Good Standing (no major violations in the last three years, no more than two speeding violations in the last three years, no more than three other moving violations in the last three years, and no combinations that place the driver in an uninsurable category per Cennox’s insurance standards)
