About the role
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina - Ground-up Commercial construction projects in the local market.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure project quality and adherence to specifications
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project costs and progress
Requirements
- Ground-up Commercial Construction experience (3+ years with good tenure)
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of full-scope ground-up Commercial experience (full-scope work experience)
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in construction industry standards and practices
