We specialize in pressure washing and soft washing, and we also handle commercial window cleaning, post-construction cleaning, high dusting, dock cleaning, and other specialty surface work. No experience is required. We’ll train you on the equipment, the methods, and the safety procedures. Quick Facts Pay: $17-$22 per hour, based on experienceType: Part-time, hourlyTypical start time: 6:00 AM -7:30 AM, occasionally earlier depending on the projectSchedule: Variable. Some jobs require early mornings, nights, or weekends. You’ll always get advance notice, and we ask that you be available for these assignments.Hours: Vary with demand and weather and are not guaranteedDriving required: You must be able to drive our 16-foot box truck (training provided). Training: Provided on all equipment, procedures, and safety protocols What You’ll Do Pressure wash residential and commercial surfaces, including sidewalks, driveways, pool decks, storefronts, building exteriors, parking garages, stairwells, loading docks, and dumpster enclosuresOperate pressure washers, surface cleaners, and approved chemical application systemsClean windows and glass, inside and out, using water-fed pole systems (Tucker) and traditional squeegee toolsPerform post-construction cleaning: remove dust, debris, and residue, and clean floors, frames, sills, and fixtures using HEPA vacuumsHigh dust beams, pipes, ledges, and vents using high-reach vacuum systems (SkyVac, after training)Clean floors with commercial scrubbers and assist with specialty surface treatmentsDrive the company box truck, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and safely load, secure, and unload equipment and chemicalsSet up, break down, clean, and maintain equipment, and keep the truck and warehouse organizedDocument jobs, and take before-and-after photosProtect customer property, and report damage, safety concerns, or extra service opportunities to your leadOccasionally help with marketing, such as door-hanger distribution and community outreach What We’re Looking For A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Willingness and ability to drive a 16-foot box truck after training and authorizationAvailability for early mornings and scheduled night and weekend work with advance noticePunctuality, attention to detail, and a strong work ethicA team-first attitude, and the ability to work independently on assigned tasksWillingness to learn new equipment and cleaning methodsExperience in pressure washing, window cleaning, or commercial cleaning is a plus but not requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Physical Requirements With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to: Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to approximately 75 lbsStand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and do repetitive tasks for extended periodsWork indoors and outdoors in heat, humidity, dust, and wet conditionsNavigate stairs, ramps, garages, and multi-level propertiesUse ladders and elevated equipment when trained and authorizedWear required personal protective equipment (PPE) What We Offer Paid training on all equipment and proceduresUniform shirt and PPE providedOpportunities to advance and additional hoursOvertime paid in accordance with federal and state lawA team that takes safety and quality seriously Employment Details The first 90 days are an introductory training period, when we’ll work with you on attendance, safety, driving, and technical skills.
