Commercial Services Specialist II (Manheim)

About the role

This role serves as a key point of contact for resolution of client issues, in collaboration with the national sales team, auction representatives, and stakeholders for clients in the assigned market center, auction or on CAIs digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of required information.
• Manage account relationships, maintain effective communications and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Work with posting clerk to ensure completion of recon, transportation, and all other vehicle charges are applied to the appropriate vehicle in the system.
