About the role
K & B Garage Doors, a DH Pace Company in Las Vegas, Nevada, is hiring Commercial Door Technician Trainees for commercial doors and related products. If you have experience with commercial doors—including roll-up doors, high-speed doors, door hardware, dock equipment, or similar skilled trades in the commercial construction industry—we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Repair and/or install a wide range of commercial doors and dock hardware, including but not limited to rolling steel doors, high-speed doors, sectional doors, and dock levelers/equipment.
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with additional products and services.
- Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner.
- Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role or one requiring mechanical aptitude (preferred).
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
