About the role
We are seeking experienced Commercial Plumbing Technicians to join our growing team. Our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and building strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose common and diverse commercial plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
- Perform plumbing services including water heater replacement and repair
- Work with boiler operations and fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, toilets)
- Competent use of conventional sewer machines
- Locate and repair leaks
- Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
- Results-driven in a high-energy environment
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years commercial service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet climates

Pay
Compensation is performance-based. Earnings are determined by commission. The range for compensation is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience and performance.

Our schedule is flexible and can vary based on client needs and project demands.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years commercial service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system) is required. Strong troubleshooting skills, good analytical skills, and attention to detail are also essential. Ability to work in various weather conditions is necessary.
