Lead a Commercial Service Department
Lead and grow the commercial service department - managing daily operations, dispatching, and technician performance
Drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of commercial HVAC technicians
Oversee service agreements, warranty claims, inventory, and fleet management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while reviewing quotes and ensuring timely, high-quality work
Collaborate with installation and residential teams to create seamless service across the company
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven HVAC service management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent at follow-through
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Solid computer skills (MS Office and service/dispatch systems)
- A motivated, top-performer mindset who thrives on challenge and accountability
Pay
$70,000 - $90,000 base salary (based on experience) + performance bonuses

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (Full-time office/field leadership role)
