Responsibilities

  • Sell all phases of termite, SMART pest control, mosquito and wildlife exclusion services.
  • Work cooperatively with other members of the service team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Capable of handling difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.
  • Able to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Must be a team player who works productively with a wide range of people and independently.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.).
  • High school degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B sales, especially in pest control or construction.
  • Success meeting sales goals and growing sales.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Integrity and ethical standards.
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of industry services and products.

Pay

  • Estimated $60-100k plus annually.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Driver's License (Required).
