About the role

Peachtree Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. This role involves selling all phases of termite, SMART pest control, mosquito, and wildlife exclusion services. The ideal candidate will work cooperatively with other members of the service team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Responsibilities

- Prospect for and generate new sales, determining the right mix of products to provide solutions to customers. - Experience with B2B sales, particularly in pest control or construction. - Success in meeting sales goals and growing sales. - Effective selling strategies and techniques, including significant prospecting. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Integrity and ethical standards. - Demonstrated technical expertise and knowledge of industry services and products.

Requirements

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability. - Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. - Diplomacy and tact when dealing with difficult customers. - Time management and adaptability to changing priorities. - Team player capable of working with a wide range of people. - Eligible to work in the U.S. - Flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays). - High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

- Must be able to complete and pass a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screening before starting employment.
