Primary Responsibilities

  • Possess a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience selling security or communications, video, access control, and AV systems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of security technology and solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, articulating technical concepts clearly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in security, communications, video, access control, and AV systems technology to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Basic Qualifications

  • Show a strong understanding of security technology and solutions.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Be self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 plus uncapped commissions.
