About the role
This is an in-office role located in Greenville, SC. Hours are 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Retain and grow customer accounts by learning their business needs and proactively positioning IPS solutions
- Prioritize customer opportunities that have the greatest potential for growth and success
- Communicate with customers regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Aid customers with cost-saving initiatives and build rapport to retain long-term partnerships
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and orders
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange selling strategies and marketing insights
- Increase sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and value-added solutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for market growth
Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B or Outside Sales
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to develop a pipeline and close sales
- Problem-solving mindset and curiosity to learn
- Self-starter attitude with initiative and resilience
