Commercial Sales Manager

About the role

Lithia Ford Honolulu is now hiring a Commercial Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prospect local businesses for sales and service needs.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and eliminate any customer confusion.
• Ensure all cars are properly tagged with MSRP, ADM, Buyer's Guides, and Warranty Disclosures.
• Be an expert on product knowledge and share this knowledge with the sales team.
• Avoid any customer complaints and ensure all customer counts are logged into the Performance Dashboard.

Requirements

• Communication skills – communicate effectively with others.
• Presentation skills – ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
• Time Management – ability to manage one's own time.
• Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

• This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Fleet Team or Individual Payable Gross and Bonuses based on Team Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
• The average wage range for this position is $6,000-$20,000 Monthly.
• Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
• Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
