The Commercial Sales Team at AutoZone plays a pivotal role in driving growth across our professional customer base. Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial sales growth, maintain strong account relationships, and hit key performance targets through face-to-face and phone communication.
  • Serve as the primary contact for our commercial customers, ensuring proactive engagement and clear communication.
  • Train and develop drivers, commercial specialists, and team members while fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
  • Plan efficient delivery routes, manage drivers, ensure timely product distribution, and uphold accurate documentation.
  • Act as a consultative partner, providing research-based recommendations and expert advice to meet customer needs.
  • Oversee billing, records, returns, and reconciliation of commercial accounts while ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, enforce PPE usage, and follow fleet safety protocols.
  • Ensure delivery vehicles are properly maintained and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Basic automotive parts knowledge.
  • Leadership skills with strong communication, decision-making, and selling abilities.
  • Physical capability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
