Key Responsibilities
- Aid in marketing efforts by creating promotional materials.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and handling communications.
- Cover sales activities such as order processing and courtesy deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Billing out fleet units.
- Perform lot work, including snow removal and organizing the lot.
- Prepare and apply addendum labels.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- An attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
