Commercial Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in marketing efforts by creating promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and handling communications.
  • Cover sales activities such as order processing and courtesy deliveries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Billing out fleet units.
  • Perform lot work, including snow removal and organizing the lot.
  • Prepare and apply addendum labels.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • An attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
