Job Functions
- Possess a deep understanding of Guardian Alarm’s offerings and competitive landscape.
- Prospect for new business by identifying potential clients and building relationships.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct physical surveys and design protective systems tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements.
- Manage leads in the company’s CRM system and update records as necessary.
- Collaborate with operations supervisors on installation and service inquiries.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- An organized approach with a keen eye for detail.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Experience using CRM software.
Education & Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college education or relevant work experience preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience.
- Preferred security industry experience.
