Job Functions

  • Possess a deep understanding of Guardian Alarm’s offerings and competitive landscape.
  • Prospect for new business by identifying potential clients and building relationships.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct physical surveys and design protective systems tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements.
  • Manage leads in the company’s CRM system and update records as necessary.
  • Collaborate with operations supervisors on installation and service inquiries.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • An organized approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Experience using CRM software.

Education & Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college education or relevant work experience preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Preferred security industry experience.
