What You Will Do

• Possess a proven track record as a hunter—consistently winning new accounts and exceeding KPIs
• Understand commercial construction, renovation processes, or solution-based selling
• Use cold calling, targeted outreach, and in-person visits to prospect aggressively
• Jumpstart pipelines and generate new construction and renovation opportunities in commercial properties
• Identify and engage C-Level executives, facility managers, general contractors, property managers, architects, and other key decision-makers
• Establish, grow, and maintain high-value Key Account relationships
• Forecast, plan, and streamline sales processes to drive commercial market growth
• Education clients on Bath Fitter’s PermaFit solution to help them maximize ROI

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Sales, Construction Sales, or Solution-Based Selling
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required)
