What You Will Do
- Develop new commercial business within your territory.
- Build relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and executive decision-makers.
- Present customized solutions, proposals, and bids.
- Negotiate agreements and pricing.
- Grow and manage key customer accounts.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and customer retention.

Qualifications
- Commercial sales, business development, or account management experience.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
- Ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required).
